At each venue tables and chairs are provided. The cost of each venue includes the rental of one table. Please mention at the time of booking if you wish to bring a additional table where we will endeavour to assist you.

Payments: We accept cheques made payable to Miss S Mountford-Tilley for your initial deposit. The remaining payment is due on the day.
We also accept payments using internet banking to sort code: 08-71-99 account number: 22149064.

Booking: Please make contact by telephone in order to initially secure your place. A deposit and completed booking form will be required.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Electricity may only be provided for pat tested equipment (including extension leads).
Opening times: Our normal trading times are: 9am-3pm with early admission for trade customers (8.30am)
Stall holders are able to gain access to the venue from 7.30am to set up.
We do ask that packing away is minimal before the closing time in order to ensure that the fair is welcoming to all.
Admission: £1.50 per adult. Children free of charge.
Refreshments: We sell light refreshments and toasted sandwiches at competitive rates from 'Brittany's Kitchen'
Advertising: We advertise our events both locally and nationally. We have worked hard to ensure that our venues are in prime locations.
We feature on Antiques Atlas and also appear in the "The Antiques Trade Calendar" along with national magazines.
We also advertise our events in the Leicester Mercury and surrounding areas. Our latest advertisement is currently being
designed for the'Antiques Info' magazine which is sold nationwide.
Fire Exits: We are requested by the premises management that ALL fire exits are not blocked to ensure the safety of stallholders and visitors.
